Declan Sinclair : President
Declan founded Storage Spot Canada in November 2005. He is an active member of the Board whose membership includes Canadian public + private investor equity partners. As President, Declan develops and reproduces the Storage Spot Business footprint to identified Cities. He and his team of 14 are responsible for overall site development including - acquisitions; intergovernmental relations; community partnership management; capital Investment securitization; business operations implementation and marketing. David's role is to liaise and secure funds for the business plan with Angel Investors. David is an accomplished reputable developer with strong expertise in project management and business strategy.
