Storage Spot Canada: An affiliate of InStorage REIT, the largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Canada.

Founded in 2005 Storage Spot Canada is a 100% Canadian owned and operated company, reporting to a Board of Directors, consisting of both private equity + public company shareholders.----currently not listed on the TSX.

Current staff of 12, consisting of 2 Corporate Officers and 4 team members focused on construction and finance, operating from the Toronto office at 455 Avenue Road, Milton Storefront with 6 team members, currently expanding for Burlington Operations.

Projected Business Plan of 10 Store Fronts in 3-4 years.
