Whether your doing it to help sell your house or just make it look better for spring, we think these easy tips will help!
Here are some our personal favourites:
Curb Appeal:
- Slap a coat of paint on your your doors and shutters.
- Replace your rusty old number plate and mailbox.
- Throw down a new welcome matt and present a new planter.
- Pull out the weeds and rake up anything that might have fallen or landed on your lawn.
Inside Your Home:
- De-clutter your stuff and put it into storage and/or donate stuff to charity.
- Roll up your sleeves and paint the inside of your house.
- Update your bathrooms with new curtains and bath towels.
- Consider replacing the lighting with more modern fixtures.
