Storage Spot is built to comply with ALL Pharmaceutical regulations as outlined in the “Guidelines for Temperature Control of Drug Products during Storage and Transportation/October 25, 2010”.

Climate Controlled Environment

Storage Spot Canada is a 100% indoor climate controlled storage facility. We regulate the temperature inside our facilities to the optimal settings required for storing items of a sensitive nature. Our facilities are equipped with dehumidifiers to maintain humidity at the optimal settings.

Our current settings are as follows:

• Heat in the winter (15-18Celsius), RH Level 45%-55%
• AC in the summer (22-25 Celsius), RH Level 60%-70%

Receiving

We will accept deliveries on your behalf and place these in your unit within one hour of accepting the delivery. Once we have accepted the delivery, we will contact you to let you know that it has arrived. If there is a problem with the condition of the delivery, we have the delivery company record the condition and will let you know when we contact you.

Security

Our facilities have state-of-the-art camera surveillance systems with 24/7 monitoring (exterior and interior of building), each storage unit is individually alarmed, we have secure keypad access for entrance into the building and our facilities are located in high traffic areas with well-lit parking areas.

Pest Control

Our facilities are monitored monthly (and/or as required) for pest control. Traps are placed strategically inside and outside of the facility to control rodents. The exterior of the building and all storage unit doors are sprayed to control bugs.

Referrals

• Get money back by participating in our REFER A FRIEND program. If you are a Storage Spot customer and you refer a friend who rents with us for a minimum of 3 months, we’ll give you 50% of your friends 1st month’s rental that you can use as a credit towards your storage rental or packing and moving supplies.
