All bidders must be over 18 years of age and have valid I.D. Once you arrive at the location, please sign in and get your bid form. Storage Spot Canada is conducting a public auction in accordance with the Storage and Lien Act. All sales are final and subject to HST. Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card. You are bidding on the entire unit. All contents must be removed within 48 hours. You may not enter the unit during the auction. You can only view the contents from the outside of the unit. Once your bid has been accepted you are required to secure the storage unit with your own lock. Once the auction is complete you must return to the site office where your payment will be taken in the order the auction was conducted. Any personal effects, documents, photographs etc., must be returned to the site office upon emptying the unit.
